The PDP++ neural network simulation. This is just the benchmark code from the package (in demo/bench/pdp++bench/). The benchmark is run with three different set of parameters, 500 200, 100 5000 and 10 500000, which are the number of units in the three-layer setup and the number of patterns presented for learning. Each of them require the same amount of connection traversals.
